In this dynamic yoga class, we blends core powering movements with a strong vinyasa flow to stretch your body and strengthen your center. We have a strong focus on movements to reduce work-related posture pain and injuries.
Everybody can practice yoga, and you can begin at your own rhythm. There is no such thing as a “good or bad practice”, it is continuous learning proces to improve your breath, mind and body.
We’ll warm up the body with sun salutations, then flow into a sequence that will challenge your center with standing and balancing poses.
We offer yoga flow as team activity, both online and at location.
