What started as a bold idea to start an organisation which would simplify the process getting a mortgage and financial advies and good personal service, Stip is now a flourishing scale-up. They grew in three years time from 3 peeps, unto a team of 60 folks.

We were asked to help formulate and create this idea into a brand, with character and a story. Stip wants to be a fun and transparent disrupter in the mortgaged market.

From brand story, logo, brand colors & style elements, to tone of voice & new website.

Brand Story

Nobody wants to buy a mortgage. They want their dream house, home renovation or start their business. That is their goal, or better said – their dot on the horizon (Stip op de horizon – as the Dutch expression go’s). And that is exactly what Stip helps you with, as they map out the best way to get to your goal or Stip op de horizon.

Because Stip is growing rapidly, and is looking to expand their team with kind talents, they wanted to connect with candidates and tell their company story message at the HypoVak Fair.

We created a open easy to walk in stand, with a wheel of fortune focused on the perks, fun and opportunities working at Stip. As we made and produced the whole activation and day from A to Z, the Stip team-member only had to shine with us on the fair to engage with the their potential new colleagues.

The stand & wheel was a great and casual icebreaker to start a connection, leading to two hires.
