Meditation improves your overall mood, your sleep habits, create a better work/life balance, and enhance your ability to focus.
In sound meditation, we use Tibetan bowls and other instruments to focus the mind on the sound and the body experience that music creates. The Tibetan bowls are connected to the ancient practices of chakra balancing.
The strong sound vibrations created by the bowls travels through your layers of body tissue (fascia), inviting stagnant energy to be released. You enter a deep state of meditation that will bring you into a place of ease and surrender.
We offer Sound Meditation as team activity, both online and on location.
